### DMCA Policy

#### AYS News DMCA Compliance

At AYS News, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy to address allegations of copyright infringement.

#### Reporting Copyright Infringement

#### Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

1. **Identification of the material removed:** Specify the material and its location before it was removed.
2. **A statement under penalty of perjury:** A statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
3. **Your consent to jurisdiction:** A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the district court where AYS News is located.
4. **Your signature:** A physical or electronic signature.

We will promptly forward your counter-notification to the party who submitted the original claim of infringement. If the original claimant does not file a lawsuit within ten business days, we will restore the material to our site.

#### Repeat Infringers

AYS News may, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
